“Dream”: The 52nd Student Council Single Candidate Running for Election

The student council’s 52nd election will take place from Wednesday, July 20 through Thursday, May 21. 
 After screening candidates on Oct. 24, “Dream”, a campaign team consisting of candidates Dam-Mi Chung (Political Diplomacy, 16) and Jong-Ho Kim (Chinese Literature, 15) ran for the election. As a single candidate, the election will be held in the form of a vote and, according to Article 121 of the Election Rules, a count of 50 percent or more is required to be confirmed. The 
campaign will run from 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov.4 on Monday, Nov.18. The counting will take place after all voting closes on Thursday, May 21.

How to Participate in the Election
For student on a leave of absence and absentees, applications can be made by official e-mail from the Election Commission if they want to vote. The voting method is published on the Election Commission's Facebook page. To participate in the vote, you must bring your ID and student ID or temporary student ID printed from the comprehensive information system. The location of the polling stations will be announced on the Facebook page of the 52nd Election Commission of Kookmin University or the election management committee of each college.
