Kookmin University (President Jeong Seung Ryul) and Ajou Motor College (President Han Myeong Seok) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cultivate professionals in the future automotive sector and drive educational innovation.

This agreement was pursued to establish an educational model integrating practical skills and theory by jointly utilising the human and material resources held by both universities, and to cultivate specialist talent to lead the future mobility industry.

The two universities have designated the following as key areas of cooperation: △ Joint operation of curricular and extracurricular programmes △ Sharing of practical training infrastructure and research facilities △ Exchange in the field of mobility design △ Activation of joint university-industry-research collaboration.

Ajou Motor College will provide mobility practice-centred infrastructure, while Kookmin University will contribute its engineering-focused research capabilities, establishing a mutually complementary cooperative framework.
Specifically, they agreed to expand credit exchanges and joint course offerings to include online classes, and to jointly run extracurricular programmes such as camps and short courses during holiday periods. Simultaneously, discussions were held on utilising Ajou Automotive University's regional infrastructure for field-centred camps, mobility-related competitions, and joint research programmes.

Through this agreement, both universities plan to establish an educational innovation model responsive to future automotive industry demands and strengthen the foundation for cultivating practical talent linked to the region and industry.
