The entrance ceremony for the ‘NH-Kookmin University AI Strategy Program’, jointly operated by Kookmin University (President Jeong Seung Ryul) Graduate School of Business (Dean Kim Do Hyeon) and NH Nonghyup, was held on Friday, September 5th at the Kookmin University Business Administration Building. Attendees included Dean Kim Do Hyeon, Kookmin University professors, and NH Nonghyup officials.

The NH-Kookmin University AI Strategy Program is an educational curriculum developed through NH Nonghyup's cooperation. It systematically covers learning core AI technologies through to their practical business application, extending to financial and digital strategy, and ultimately to identifying market opportunities and designing business models.

This program runs weekly at Kookmin University until October 31 (Friday), totaling seven sessions. It trains 26 participants—managers at the team leader level or above, recommended by six NH Nonghyup subsidiaries—through 35 hours of theory and practice delivered by expert faculty in AI, digital planning, digital marketing, digital development, and digital financial strategy.

Kim Do Hyeon, Dean of the Graduate School of Business at Kookmin University, stated, “In an unpredictable future shaped by AI advancements, it is crucial that we develop the ability to learn and adapt quickly.” He added, “I hope the knowledge and experience gained through this training will enable you to become key players who can drive development not only for yourselves but also for your organizations and society.”

Meanwhile, Kookmin University's Graduate School of Business has operated a Master's program in AI Big Data since 2013, designed to cultivate practical professionals in artificial intelligence and big data. It contributes to expanding the base of AI and big data expertise by offering full-day Saturday classes and HyFlex learning to facilitate smooth completion for working professionals. The application period for the 2026 academic year's first semester intake for this program begins on Friday, October 24.
