The Brain Korea 21 Project (BK21) by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MEST) and Korea Research Foundation (KRF) awarded KMU as the top for three business teams of KMU in annual test of 2 steps.
For the result, KMU awarded as the winner of several projects 2 years in raw.
Annual test was valuated between participated Universities in 4 spheres of education, R&D, specialization of after grad’ school and academic-industrial cooperation.
Especially, Functional Submicron Magnetism team of Professor Kim Chul-seong gratified national policies of science and technology; further more, coming forward in success of skilled scientists and technologist; annually 25 to 20 SCI research papers; 100 percent of employment fulfillment for graduates.
Also, Ubiquitous Smart Space Design Team of Professor Kim Yong-sung moderate numbers of projects and drive academic-industrial research for both practical affairs and growing its abilities of specialists.
In special measure, based on MOKE’s ‘Growth Power of Next Generation’ and ‘IT 839 Strategy’, the team has presented its succession on studies and made public of their studies on scientific journals.
U-Biz and Service Model & Platform Research Team of Professor Choi Eun-mi has well-combined actual practical knowledge and business knowhow to focus on practical situation and solutions. To make their study as more and deeper globalized, Professor Choi and her teammates put efforts on aggressive marketing and international recruiting.
Professor Kim Chul-seong (Physics), Kim Yong-sung (Techno-design), and Choi Eun-mi (Business IT) are team leaders of those teams who were awarded.
